Our Coffee shop prides ourselves on providing premium fair trade Hawaiian coffee and tea. We work with small family Hawaiian Coffee farmers to source the freshest, highest quality coffee beans. Our beans are grown right on the Big Island in volcanic soil. They grow on the elevated mountain ranges of Kona, Puna, and Ka'u, then are handpicked for bean size, color, & perfection. They are then roasted and sent overnight, right to us, for your sipping enjoyment!

Our homemade gourmet waffles are created with a family recipe that took 8 long months to perfect. If we aren't cooking waffles, you can find us in back mixing up our delicious Hawaiian inspired sweet hong kong waffle batter. We source nothing but the best ingredients for our delectable waffle creations.
